Ribeye: This steak is considered to be the most flavorful, especially to those who enjoy a little more marbling. Try one on the grill, even in winter.
Tenderloin: As you may have guessed from the name this is the most tender cut of beef. It is extremely versatile as well with an ability to absorb flavors from marinades and be delicious cooked in many different ways.
Sirloin Steak (New York strip): Sirloin is the leaner of the cuts of steak we have available. Because our animals are grass fed it is just as flavorful as the cut from the rib but with lower fat
Sirloin tip: Sirloin tip is from the upper part of the sirloin making it lean and delicious either on the grill or sliced in stir-fry or other quickly cooked preparations
Stew meat: Our stew meat is generally from the chuck and makes the best beef stew, meat pies, beef bourguignon, etc.
Sandwich Steaks: These are thinly sliced rounds that can be used in steak sandwiches and are also perfect for a stir fry. They are lean and full of flavor.
